My super clean Rodney

After a very careful wash by the guys at Alia hand car wash were they really take care of your car !!

Well this time I get them to wash and polish the car , the only thing I did was apply meguiars Tyre Gell.

I think it looks amazing , it may not be a facelift but to be honest I am not a fan of facelifts , If I want the real thing , when and if I can get my 5.0 Litre it will be the real deal Thumbs Up

Really happy with the end result but must do something about the advertising on the number plates , why should I advertise for a company I have no respect for Whistle

Am really happy with the finish on the car and think it looks absolutely amazing Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Oh the exhaust pipe on the last picture is now nice and shiny after another 3 hours of scrubbing and using chrome autosoll Thumbs Up

Cheers

Looks a really good job, out of interest how much do they charge you for that? My local hand car wash charges £9 or £11 for a wash, liquid wax and rinse and £37.5 for an interior vacuum, glass clean and hand polish.

Understand you wanting a 5.0SC but like you say you have a lovely motor there and you need to get some enjoyment out of it before moving on.

Thanks JackRegan , they charged me £20.00 to wash and polish , no inside clean but they are a really great bunch of guys and normally only charge me £7.00 for a wash and they use a different mop for all parts of the car and are constantly cleaning the mops , just cant fault them , I dont recommend people lightly but these guys are top notch Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

So if ever in the Heathrow area , Ansell Garden Centre , Holloway Road is where they are located and always busy and when you see some of the high quality cars going in there , well it just makes sense Bow down Bow down Bow down

Oh the last time they did inside and out they only charged £13.00 and they do a top notch job inside to using brushes on the air vents and do a really nice job and take a lot of pride in what they do Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

To Be totally honest I just cant afford the 5.0 Super Charged without putting a big dent in the life savings = probable divorce Sad

Cheers

as for the advertising on the number plates, there is of course recent legislation saying, that your plates must show 1. the postcode of the company that made them, or address, -thus the name, and 2, it must have the BS (british standard)) marking on the right hand side (i think.) since about 2000 this is actaully on the mot. it gets missed, and some sharp eyed cops can pull you for it. its to stop the cowboys making making up bad spaced plates, and with silly 'effects' so your dealer gets a free bit of advertising. all be it 'small'.

nice motor though! think i might ask for a Polish-polish!

i might be to pessimistic but when all this work is done to make your FF clean and gleam i kinda think a massive seagull will deposit their mcdonalds lunch all over the top of it in a spot where you cant reach to clean unless you get the ladders out..

Car looks lovely Thumbs Up

Sometimes wish mine had a light colour interior rather then black too but with the silver paintwork the black is quite nice.

Your wheels finish it off nicely.
