Thanks Eugene , am well chuffed with it , am thinking of changing the side vents to the later 3 fin version but apart from that it is altogether there and am proud to drive it , oh and it runs like a charm

Looks a really good job, out of interest how much do they charge you for that? My local hand car wash charges £9 or £11 for a wash, liquid wax and rinse and £37.5 for an interior vacuum, glass clean and hand polish.

Thanks JackRegan , they charged me £20.00 to wash and polish , no inside clean but they are a really great bunch of guys and normally only charge me £7.00 for a wash and they use a different mop for all parts of the car and are constantly cleaning the mops , just cant fault them , I dont recommend people lightly but these guys are top notch

as for the advertising on the number plates, there is of course recent legislation saying, that your plates must show 1. the postcode of the company that made them, or address, -thus the name, and 2, it must have the BS (british standard)) marking on the right hand side (i think.) since about 2000 this is actaully on the mot. it gets missed, and some sharp eyed cops can pull you for it. its to stop the cowboys making making up bad spaced plates, and with silly 'effects' so your dealer gets a free bit of advertising. all be it 'small'.

i might be to pessimistic but when all this work is done to make your FF clean and gleam i kinda think a massive seagull will deposit their mcdonalds lunch all over the top of it in a spot where you cant reach to clean unless you get the ladders out..
