Probably the easiest, most cost effective way is it to get the new wheels balanced (not a bad idea in any case) and just point ATS, Kwik Fit whoever to your FF for fitment. |

Agree, just get a kwik fit to balance them and fit them back on for you, should be about 6-8 per wheel. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

you will be surprised how much tyre shops will charge you for fitting wheels/tyres......i would spend the money on a decent trooly jack and do it your self,at least you'll know its done properly.. ... - .- -.

One off, I'd go to a local tyre place as advised & have them balanced & fitted - it's exactly the same amount to work as if they balanced wheels on the car -that is, if you take them out of the boot & load the others yourself.

Thanks guys. Does seem like the wheel balancing option is the best approach. I live in an apartment block so not ideal for a 40kgs trolley jack hence why I originally went for a lite weight one for my weekend car. |

Booked in with Halfords on Sat for 4x wheel balancing and a cheeky air con service at the same time.

I supervised the guy hooking up te air con and have left the wheels to be balanced. Have to go back this afternoon to get the wheels fitted.

I have a customer who bought in a 2009 FF and the last 4 service stamps were 2 x Halfords and 2 x Lucus service centre... |
