Correct park heater remote control?

Been given the park heater remote pictured below to replace missing one on my 10MY
Tried to pair it up using the methods on the forum but it doesn't seem to work. The FBH operates ok when set from the touch screen.

Although similar the new remote doesn't look quite the same as the T91 and I am wondering if its even compatible with the receiver I have, as pictured below, on the ff.

Any help appreciated Very Happy

Is it a brand new 'unused' remote fob or a 'second hand' one? May be worthwhile putting a brand new battery in it and trying the pairing again. I had problems pairing the remote I got off ebay, until I put a brand new battery in, then it paired no problem.

Don't know about the T91 remotes, but there may ba a way to check the battery power from the fob (you can do this with the older remotes).

Remote was supplied by a dealer and looks new. Changed the battery too but it has made no difference.

That fob in the photo doesn't look like a T91 fob, so it is possible that it may not be compatible. Sometimes the pairing process can be a bit of a faff, needs a few goes to get it paired.

The only other option is to try a T91 fob off fleabay

Can anyone confirm what type of fob I actually have in the picture. Is it one from a new L405?

Yes L405 fobs are branded 'Range Rover'. Not sure it'll work as my 11MY L322 one is smaller with a LR logo.
