Sanef Road toll tags

Hi folks,

I am wondering where the best site is on my windscreen for one of these tags. I have a 2006 4.4 Petrol FF.

The windscreen is heated and the instructions say put it on the mottled area behind the rear view mirror but of course there is no room!!

Any Ideas?

Mine lives just to the left of the rear view mirror, about 3 inches from the top. Works fine.

Mine's in a similar spot

They work well - very satisfying when there's a queue and you can zoom through the fast 30kph lane Thumbs Up

I gather they may well come into use in England as well. The Severn Bridge for example.

Just ordered mine, there is a small discount if ordered with a chunnel booking reference! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

For the French autoroutes - stick them on your windscreen then they charge you afterwards

Great when you have sleeping passengers as all the toll booths are on the left.

Even better when there's a queue as the telepeage only lanes move pretty quickly as you don't need to stop. Most toll booths have high speed lanes where you're supposed to go through at 30kph Thumbs Up

Welcome to France! I put mine in the little corner right against the top of the windscreen and against and to the left of the base of the rear view mirror, very discreet, you can't see it from the outside and you hardly notice it from the inside and it works fine.

After extensive consulation here, fitted mine and works a treat. BUT oh BUT! Got swmbo to fit the sticky bit which she did and it is not at all straight, just plain wonky. Aaaargh. Will have to refit, but let me tell you; the glue is seriously strong... Banging Head Banging Head Banging Head
