Thanks Cliff, great to know. After a difficult experience with a main agent, it was a refreshing change to deal with people who seem genuinely interested in provided the best possible service at a reasonable price. With the main agent I was dealing with, I just got the feeling it was all about profit before service and they started to get stroppy when I said I was going to check out the car at Ongar and compare.
