2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV6 Baltic Blue
Not a happy day for a FFRR wanabie.

I have done a fair amount of research and was off to buy/look at a FFRR at the weekend. I thought I should inform SWMBO only to be been told that we are going traveling around Europe again this year Shocked We did this a couple of years ago 5 up so I will need the extra row of seats Big Cry

Unfortunately it looks like the end of the road for me and a FFRR for the time being Big Cry

Unless I can man math the additional cost of hiring a suitable vehicle for a month I've had my mind made up for me!

I will have to keep my dream of owning a FFRR for a while longer, cheers guys "its been emotional" Big Cry

Sorry, that was a typo 6 up not 5 as previously stated. Used a fuel sapping top box.

Always remember -
when a lady says no, she means maybe
When a lady says maybe she means yes
and if a lady says yes....she's no lady!!

So, just get the FF, worry about the divorce later (It'll be cheaper than the FF running costs, but, what the hell!!!

Buy a FFRR with the biggest, most powerful, most uneconomical engine you can find, you can then justify renting a 7 seater for the holiday based on the fuel savings.
Basing a car buying decision on one journey for one or two weeks and thereby compromising the rest of the time you spend with the car is complete madness IMO. Good luck..
