its a couple of straps with a rubber type handle ...the straps go underneath the wheel/tyre and you use the handle to pull up and out the wheel/tyre.. ... - .- -.

If you use it correctly, the handle slots into the lock in the centre of the lower tailgate (when it's in the up positions) and then you just open the lower tailgate and the spare wheel is pulled into a position where you can slide it onto the lower tailgate. Thumbs Up

Australia 2008 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Rimini Red

I had it in my last one which was an A6 chassis number . Took it out and fitted it to my new one, just make sure you get the plastic strut to pop in the locks and hold the lower tail gate open . 2008 MY Supercharged
