Hello, please can someone tell me if a secondhand powertrain control module can be purchased and re-coded by a good independent land rover specialist? My 2011 L322 TDV8 is currently at the garage with a suspected PCM failure (no communication with it via CAN bus) and he has stated that its not possible to use a second hand PCM and that it must be an LR part specifically coded to the car.

Any help much appreciated!!
