You'll have the later wheels anyway then being a 2006. Which look a lot less dated than the early TD6 alloys.

leave her as she is, 19" were an option on the TD6 with the 2006 MY. AVOID CHROME

This is all personal opinion of course and its understandable that you want to add a few bits I think most new buyers do and is FUN plus you can always change it back at a later more reflective time in your life.
