Don't be too hasty - and don't commit to anything

Even if he's to blame, your premiums will probably go up if you make a claim.

Unlikely, but you never know - his mates place could be good.

If in doubt, make a claim though

He looked young and I doubt he could afford and there is the no car I have while its fixed ?

Yeah neighbours seen it and he was about to drive off amd seen them and stopped they said he was motoring when he it to much damage for a back street garage

Insurance everyday. Sadly the majority of the public are tw@s so I'd report it !

Advice took just got of phone to insurance getting towed monday and get a lender.Wonder what I will get told like for like but doubt it

You can always ask to have it changed when they give you a lender.

Although you will probably get a Nissan MICRA
