We tried that yesterday. Met up in Birmingham and I tried my RSW cable. I couldn't get any communication from Jai's vehicle.

My laptop was sending (Tx) ok, but not receiving (Rx). The software also showed Error next to Tx and Rx

This points to some kind of issue with comm's I guess? I've tried the battery disconnect and reconnect procedure as another garage couldn't get anywhere with the ECU either.

When I purchased the car there was a land rover specialist(Washington Land Rover, Houghton Le Spring) card in the middle compartment. I called him for some history on the car and he said the previous owner had been to him a few times to clear down the error code. He didn't want to go further as he was selling it.

Naturally off he tried to pull a fast one but also at least it means that the car has had Comm's working at some point prey recently?

Also..... Are there any fuses that deal with odb2 Comm's and the EAS on 2004 L322 v8 vogue?

Not sure if it makes any difference but my car has been lpg'd ??!!

Fuse 57 and 58 in the boot (right side) are shown as "Air Suspension" on the label stuck to the cover?

When I checked in the owners manual there was nothing mentioning eas fuses in there. Guess I should've checked the actual locations in the car.

Notice that sometimes the car takes a bit longer to crank up..... pointing to a battery on its way out maybe??
