This is the Contra Dam near Locarno in Switzerland. It was used for the dam scene in Goldeneye. My photography doesn't do it justice - if you want to see how scary it is, check out this scene from the movie.

It's very convex so you can actually bungee off it without lobotomising yourself, although you'd have to be lobotomised to do that. I was too chicken to walk across, or even lean over and see how far down it goes.
