Blackberry Connection Fail

Hi,

Tried to connect my wife's BB via Bluetooth today before she started a long drive and, despite removing the Venture Cam, the connection repeatedly failed. Once, it connected but then failed almost immediately. Several times, switched engine off, deleted pairing and paired again but to no avail (my Samsung pairs perfectly/ works fully with the car).

Any thoughts please as to whether this is a BB/ network provider issue or whether I'm doing something wrong?
