External door trim

Searched the wiki but can't see what I want.
Noticed this morning that on the front passenger door, the plastic trim on the bottom 8" of the door is slightly rubbing the front wing on the top corner of the trim and has rubbed the paint off the trim. Plastic trim on lower n/s/f wing doesn't seem to fit as flush as it should so this is probably the cause. N/S/F wheel arch liner also seems a bit loose so guessing its all related?

Guessing there is some broken or loose clips but wondered if there is a 'How to?' before I start breaking panels off the RR.

The lower wing plastic trim panel is adjustable for position, it should not be but it's not terribly well made and can be easily moved or knocked. Try slackening the clamp screw amend easing it along.
