so i sold my rather large in-car camera dvr and decided to get a smaller unit..i ordered and received this compact unit for £30 all in from a UK ebay seller...

question for you Alistair, i gather your blackvue lens has movement up and down and not side to side, so because yours is on the left of the mirror does it view the path/pavement more than the incoming traffic on the other side of the road ... ... - .- -.

That's a great price, way better value that the Blackvue (not knocking it as I have one) and has the advantage of being black and not silver so should be less obvious I'll be interested to hear your thoughts after you have installed and tested. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

i connected it to the ranges power and put the video output into the ranges video in and had a fairly decent pic on the rse..its only 720p compared to the blackvues 1080p but it should be enough. ... - .- -.

Hopefully it automatically records every time it powers up - the avert seemed a bit ambiguous.

i'm pretty sure its an auto record, it started the record counter when i temporally connected it... ... - .- -.
