need to decide where to go where we havnt been before...

having this nice weather really puts a lot of dust/sand on the bodywork and windows..its a shame to wash it as it'll all be dirty again the next day.. ... - .- -.

Well done Stan. Haven’t been on the site for a while.

Nothing bulk standard about the 3L , for my money it has more wiz than the previous 4L

I noted later on you mention mpg.

Coming home from south of the border Kent to Essex, I hit 40 mpg, partly due to the 50mph zone at the dartford crossing. Always surprises me when it hits that mpg.

Anyway enjoy! Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

some german bloke on youtube mentioned that the 3l was quieter and more poky than the 4.4 and certainly , as you have found , very good on the mpg.

Thumbs Up ... - .- -.

Nice area, a bit quiet in the winter. Royan was a regular day out when we lived over there. One of MOH's favourite places for a day out was La Palmyre just to the north of Royan.

Also, as you know Sandy, you can get the ferry over to Pointe de Grave and visit the vinyards on the west side of the Gironde.

Good luck with the move. Thumbs Up John
