Committed the ultimate financial sin and placed a deposit on a used FFRR at Lloyds Carlisle.

2007 Westminster Blue TDV8 Vogue with 40k miles and am looking forward to picking it up sometime around the end of the week hopefully.

I have been lurking here for a week or so and realised that I need to

Buy an IIDtool
Avoid Main Dealers
Find a good specialist
Hope for the best

I am not a wealthy owner and am amazed at just how heavy a maintenance load these cars seem to need...... I have a LR warranty but even that seems not quite enough from some stories. Oh well, got to be better than a TVR I once had Bow down 2011 Stornaway Grey 5.0SC Autobiography
