I used the pre-heater for 30 minutes every morning throughout the winter and its starts first turn every time. Get a new battery and have the charging circuit checked if the problem persists. The correct battery in good condition can cope with ALL you can throw at it. |

People sometimes forget when they take delivery of their car that's it's not been used much so hasn't been getting the charge it needs, and will have been moved about the dealer forecourt all the time, unlocked, locked, power up, power down etc but no distance or time covered.

Use the pre-heater its great and works fine. If it does not then your battery is not right and it needs replacing. |

I'm not sure about the red light, maybe the remote is defective after all and needs replacing? I can't check my own cos the car is down in Solihull being trashed no doubt by the grease monkey technicians.... Discovery 4 HSE
