United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

Mine arrived today, pairing worked a treat.

For me it was fuse 16 in the rear compartment fuse box. The only thing of note was that he legend appeared to indicate the it was responsibe for "Central Locking" i.e. the symbol was a door with a key In he glass area.

I tend to ignore the legend mostly as it appears on the facelift TD6's to have just been slapped on for the sake of using the stickers up before the full change over Rolling Eyes FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

My new ebay sourced remote also arrived today. After all of the unsuccessful attempts to get my original remote to operate my heater this new one was a doddle!

I noticed straight away that pressing the ON button gave a green LED. My original remote gives a rapid flashing yrllow LED. As has been suggested I think it is indicative of a depleted battery.

Pairing my new remote probably took no more than 30 seconds. Access rear fuse box area, unplug black 3-wire plug from T91 box located to the right of the fuse box, replace after 5 secs and press the remote OFF button for 2 secs. wait a few seconds and try and turn the heater on......SUCCESS!

All I need now is a new DL1/3N battery and I'll have a spare working remote too. 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

Mines working great and just removed fuse 59 from the front box and paired up Smile

Wasn't sure about the rear connector though as some have funny lugs on them so played safe Smile can't believe how tiny it is! Will test the range with an assistant this week I think Smile great when warm as well to help cool the car a little Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

So operating the heater in hot weather actually "cools" the car? Is it clever enough to turn the fan on instead of firing the heater up when it it hot inside the car? 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

Fuse 16 (Central Locking) for me too (07MY SC)

Replaced fuse, held down 'off' button within 5 seconds and it paired a treat.

yup, got mine too. After pulling fuse 59 the pairing took all of about 30 seconds.

Its great having this feature, the previous owner must have lost the original remote.

Thumbs Up
