Rear Seat Release Disconnected

I cannot fold down the rear seat (single seat behind driver) on my 2010 TDV8 as the catch is loose and does not seem to have any resistance unlike the other side. Anyone help please? TDV8 3.6 2010 Santorini Black / Jet Interior

2016 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Loire Blue

Mine failed 2 weeks ago and I still have not found time to get to the steeler.
From the boot take a flat blade screw driver place over the top of the U bar on the seat and flip up the locking clip.
Pull the other seat down to see how it works.
There should be an end cap that keeps the release lever locked through the locking clip but on mine it has gone awol, should only take a technician 2 minutes to sort. letters not necessarily in the right order
