I've used Ongar Bridge in Chipping Ongar for the last 10 years even though I'm in Watford and can't recommend them highly enough

I have used Essex 4x4 in Wickford (just south of Chelmsford) for the past couple of years, they really know their stuff, specialise in Land Rovers and offer a great service too.
