Well the so called "Boss Guy" that came to quote for our twin boilers was "I am a Union Man" complaining that he was overworked but he could just fit me in. After a cup of tea he decided he could "Do a deal" but said his tablet was not working do he would have to "Work on the figures". Never stopped slagging BG.

People bang on about using independents on here for their cars but go to British gas for their boilers

My independent boiler man is the most honest, decent priced and fair engineer I've met. If anyone's wirral based and wants his number I'll PM you. Fantastic guy no bullshit with him either.
