Just lever them up with a large flat blade screwdriver. They're only clipped on. To replace line the clips back up and smack it back on. 5.0 supercharged autobiography

I'd recommend getting some of the clips before you have a go, they aren't usually expensive (usually 20-70p a clip depending on where it sits). That way you can wrench it off and just swap the clips over. I've found that putting new clips in the door cards and some of the pillars helped decrease squeaks and rattles massively.

DO NOT use a screwdriver, this is not the tool for the job, get a PLASTIC trim removal tool or worst case senario, a kitchen flat blade thingy.

I am with verydisco on this. Use a spatula or palette knife from the kitchen or from the workshop a flat wide paint scraper or putty knife. Slip it under the kick plate and gently prise up at one end. This way you won't break the clips!! .
