I guess it all depends on the courier selected and area you live in, I have used parcel monkey a few times an not had an issue, but it is annoying you cannot book a more specific slot for their collection.

some couriers do suck, i had a wheel damaged by UPS and they claimed that the packaging was inadequate .. ... - .- -.
