It is a bit more tricky, but not hard.
Take vents off, 3 bolds IIRC
Take centre speaker grill off: then the 2 screws it hid
Open upper glove box (well the CD and Venture cam box), take 4 bolds off.
IIRC there are even 2 oe 3 bolts to take off from the lower glove box
Take all the dashboard top screws off (watch out this windscreen when unscrewing)
Pull the dashboard towards you
Unbolt remaining bolts to get your binnacle out, 4 screws I think
Unplug the cables (they are rocker type plugs, easy enough)
Then do what you need to do to replace your plastic screen.
Refitting it the exact opposite
Make sure you mark the screw as some look the same but have different lengths
