Just had the same problem with mine, turned out to be the temperature sensor in the backrest peltier cell unit which had gone this also made the ecu turn off the seat base heater as well. The sensor is part of the peltier cell which comes as a unit with the fan and duct, was about £180 from Dan and I fitted it myself. IDD tool was very useful in obtaining the fault codes which pointed in the direction of the faulty cell. There are some pictures in my gallery of the set up and offending item with a bit of info regarding the operation of the climatic seats that you may find useful. MY2007 S/C - Stornoway / Jet |

I had a similar issue, drivers seat bottom getting nice and cool, but the seat back not really working much. Passenger seat works fine.

Yep definately pull down to get ventilated seat back off , I found if you get the panel off the the big bar sort of hinge as you say a bit daunting but the slides down on the locating pins . Duckwoth Dan is looking in to it to see if the pipe is available separately as I think slot of these have failed . 2008 MY Supercharged

It would be great to get a new part in, thats for sure. Although driving the car the last couple of days, I can't feel much oaf a difference to be honest. I should have checked that the fan actually worked before I put it all back to gather again. It seems to be getting colder, but compared to the seat portion its pathetic |
