yes, Buckingham Blue is very dark Navy, in some lights it looks black and in strong sun light it looks very deep blue - almost black |

I think its Adriatic Blue actually, Buckingham blue didn't come out until the 55 registrations. Discovery 4 HSE

Adam (RRUK) is probably right, the Adriatic Blue heralds from the days of Discovery 2's and the Pre Facelift L322's. To be honest though you would be hard pressed to tell the difference. We have one vehicle in either colour and imho it looks the same - mind you it might not match if you sprayed the panel using the wrong blue...
