Tdv8 / sc disc size

Hi all, simple question really.

I'm upgrading my brakes to the Brembo callipers as found on the RR TDV8 (and supercharged) had a lot of help from Daveo who thinks the discs I need are 344mm, a lot of searches have the disc size at 360mm which sounds more like it to me. After all my golf has 345's so I'd expect the RR to be bigger.

If anyone could clarify 100% what size discs are needed I'd be very grateful.
