They sound aftermatket to me, the vogue would not have had screens as standard, would have to be an Vogue se (probably gping to get shot down with corrections) have seen some necvox ones for sale as a kit with the headphones, and it says they come with a wireless transmitter, check you have this installed, but a google of NECVOX INFRARED HEADPHONES will probably yield some results. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

my old 2004 vogue had aftermarket necvox screens in the headrest and the earphones were also labled necvox. My current 2005 vogue se has factory fit screens with 6 disc changer in the boot and can be controlled from the front touchscreen Thumbs Up Paul

HI MARSIE

thank for the reply, i will have a look today to see if i can find the module in the boot. the earphones were not in the car when i bought it, but looking on the internet it does not seem expensive to buy a pair inc the transmitter whatever it is, that would be compatible with these screens so i will see what is about. it is also wired to take playstation as well. i also have the touchscreen denso system but there is no facility to control the rear screens, so only from the remotes

Thumbs Up

Mine are necvox, it has a multichanger in the boot and the transmitter is stuffed in with the wiring in the boot by the sat nav etc. I also don't have the headphones for them but from what I remember you should be able to plug any transmitter in. I'm not going to be using the changer as I'm connecting the screens up to the aftermarket stereo in the front so I've not tried my theory of any transmitter working.

Rolling with laughter
Necvox screens don't have built in transmitters, these screens were really common 04 to 08
2 options both types will be cordless
FM transmitter type if its an early car Philips units were common usually mounted in the boot or side panels will work with any RF headphones
Infrared these transmitters need line of sight so will usually be headlining front or rear occasionally I have mounted them in the panel in the centre of the roof and drilled little holes to allow the LEDs to poke through
Again any infra red headphones will work single or dual channel
Regards
