An an ex hotelier we used to love free bars.

On occasions the over charges would exceed 30% of the final bill.

What I would recommend is that the bar staff are told:-

No doubles
No silly drinks
No bottles of wine

No service to people taking the . A licensee should not serve anyone who appears to be drunk anyway.

etc.

And agree before hand that all the receipts will be submitted with the final account to back up the figures.

Just need to pray for 6 feet of snow tonight before 6pm
