I was in comet tonight.. I know they have gone tits up but they have loads of coffee machines and I think they were at least 20% off. I was looking at them as my mother had recently bought one. Got to be worth a look. Previously..

I have tasted the coffee of a number of different machines and sofar the Nespresso still provides the best taste by far (IMHO). It is the only one that reminds me of the espresso bars in Milan (Italy) we used to go to every morning while I worked there. Crema layer, smooth, etc.

Jura f90 in our kitchen. About a grand new but you can get them professionally reconditioned from dealer on EBay for about £4-500. Lovely coffee for a bean to cup machine and much cheaper than pods. I agree Nespresso tastes great but the pods get very expensive. Lloyd Barnes

Nespresso hmm well gave mine away after 4 weeks to my mother , not a touch on a proper bean to cup machine , flavours artificial , poor consistency of coffee , went back to full machine , i do love my coffee in the mornings Far to many gone... |
