My TDV8 not quite stuck in the snow!

Went to a disco3.co.uk lunch in Grantown-on-Spey a couple of weeks ago. I can slum-it with the best of them you know! Wink

Anyway, there were 4 D3's present and of course I was the 'ex-pat' with the FFRR. They were all running MTR's and I'm shod with well worn scorpions. Rolling Eyes Someone decided to post this pic on the sister site to show that I was stuck, but in fact, I wasn't. I just made a bit more heavy-going in the snow than they did. Big Cry

No matter, I thought it was a good pic all the same so decided to share it with you guys:

You would have felt worse at Bluewater yesterday. There were so many FFRR, D3 and RRS in every colour imaginable including a few grey ones. Most were black though.

Drakes - It's not a 'meet' as such. One of the disco3.co.uk guys lives in Grantown and he invited a few known faces to lunch between Christmas and New Year. In the above picture, there is a well known (large) hotel to the right and Derek (DSL) lives to the left. Easilly spotted by the two D3's outside the house (one of which is my old one). Whistle

By the way, if you have just moved to Grantown there is no need to be alarmed...... It doesn't usually snow this much. I think Grantown has had more snow than anywhere else in these Isles this year Wink For me, I'm a few mountains and glens away (about 70 miles) and we've had no more than a couple of inches of white stuff so far. In fact, I reckon London has seen more snow than my particular locality. Rolling Eyes The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile
