it'll be a door card off, then the handle will be held from the other side of the door card.

Has anyone tried the Powerful UK black plastic parts wihich fit over the interior parts? Any good?

If its just the door handle surround ( silver plastic type) then they just pull off. No need to remove door card. |

Yeah, it's just the plastic surround that's painted in that really cheap looking mat-silver.

Yep - I used a small flat bladed screwdriver to get some purchase and then with fingers pull gently. I started at the thin end and worked my way around each clip.

Yes they just pull off, no need to remove door card. There is video on powerful uk website. Search for replacement part and its there showing you how to remove. Just screwdriver to start them they pull of. Minute a door. |

Thanks guys....I know what you mean about nerve wracking...I had a pry last night, but gave up as I had a vision of it all just cracking and breaking. I'll check out the video now.
