Digital TV tuner warning

Just a heads up .

There is a batch of hybrid tv tuners floating around that look identical , but are Japanese spec .

They don't work in Europe .

Unfortunatly a few sellers on eBay are not aware of this and are listing them as suitable for the FFRR , sport and discovery .

You need to check with the seller the part number first

Had my 2002 L322 analogue TV upgraded by a company in Edinburgh to digital TV,DAB RADIO,USB LINK AND HDSC CARD reader for under £300, he did a great job plus rear camera nearly forgot about that. Drove up from Preston, left car with him for the day whilst wife and I went shopping and afternoon tea on the Royal Yacht Brittania which is moored nearby. Great day out.

Hi T111RDY,
Yes it was park my auto, a chap called Russell McIntyre runs it Tel 0131 555 7040 I cannot fault his work or his price, he did a really good job for me. Very tidy with no problems. On arrival home I was having difficulty with getting a signal in some areas, phoned him up and by return of post he had sent me down a new antenna with a higher gain which cured problem. He did not charge me for this even though I offered.

I cannot fault this chap, if you do meet up with him give him my regards and tell him my system is working well.

Regards
Hamish Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
