There are about 10/12 push in clips under your original black sill, remove all of them... One smaller clip each end into the wheelarch liner... Open all the doors and gently work from the rear to the front easing it off, the top is held on by push clips (the same as a door card)

It is easy as Craig says even I could do it! Check my gallery file 24 and you will see them fitted. They look much bigger off the car rather than on |
