My wife runs a clinic where she often has to tell patients they have cancer. Three times now the next of kin has become stuck in a chair in the clinic room due to being on the large size and not choosing the big sofa but the small wicker chair, requiring a porter and a nurse to extract them. Not the best thing to happen when you have just been told about the big C !  .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember
