If you use search on the forum you can find some issues at quarter full tank with the secondary pump in the tank. The tank is "saddle" shaped and the secondary pump transfers petrol from the "offside" to the main pump side. If that pump does not work, the fuel stays in the offside. Since your pumps will be running very little due to the LPG, it may have seized up or is full of dirt. Lets be fair normally S/C fuel pumps have a very active life |

Hi as I was running on lpg at the time would it have just stopped? I could see that it would if it was starved of fuel as not being transferred to the other tank and then back to the engine but not whilst on LPG . I will get 40 litres of fuel and chuck that in. Should that be enough for it to get over to the other side ofthe tank?

as ebajema and gary say, there have been issues where having less than a quarter tank of petrol causes problems...why the lpg part stopped working is a matter for a qualified lpg service engineer to figure out, you dont want to mess about with gas ... ... - .- -.

it sounds like the lpg setup is somehow stopping the petrol side from firing or the battery might just be under power.. ... - .- -.
