Pick it all off. Then get yourself on eBay and buy yourself a tin of plasti-dip if you fancy recoating it. Works a treat! It's basically spray-on rubber and is incredibly useful. I've used it to fix split accelerator pump diaphragms in old carbs and umpteen other things. |
