I hired a disco 4 for a trip to Skye and was very impressed on quality and options.

Amazes me how Whatcar always choose's it as the best 4x4 , and the FF doesn't even get a sniff at its undercarriage ... |

I'd say it's due to price to be honest and the FFRR not being as child friendly FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I had a D3 back in 2005 and had it for 3 years and 47,000 miles...really liked it but didn't love it, never had any major problems other than the EGR valves needing replaced and front discs. I had mine remapped which made a huge difference but it still had a dead spot when you came to a junction or roundabout and tried to get away quickly it would just take that second for the throttle to respond which was really annoying. I would imagine a D4 would be a better bet |

We are lucky enough to have both and I love driving them both The D3 is clearly not as refined or as luxurious as the FFRR but is still a very, very nice car! Happy to swap with SWMBO from time to time but she prefers her Disco and ultimately I my Rangie
