I been looking at fitting drl's to the car but decided against all the after-market lights available due to the "stuck on afterwoods" look of them.

Prefer them to the pointless stylised bling 'sidelights' on my 2012 2019 D5 HSE Lux SDV6 Indus

Thanks for that. Just what I've been looking for. Silly question but does it give any fault codes ..

The wiring and switching for the led rings is totally separate from the wiring for the foglights themselves and so doesn't affect the i bus system at all. The led circuit isn't monitored. If you get a fault on the led circuit no fault codes show.

Looking at doing this mod but dont think the LED's bright enough compared to what you see on current models. The LED's need to be high output or have a lens to improve output like I think Davo was looking at in his headlamps, Any idea where to get such things? Mine was a blue one! |
