Yes, on 2007MY to 2009 MY, all those settings must be made by the dealer.

nopes.......You're pretty stuck. All you can change is what you see, clock, reset odometer, central screen menus, etc... All those other things, lazy locking, single point entry, autodoor locks on the move, PDC sound level, headlamp timer, low outside temperature warning, key/seat memory activation, etc... must be set by the dealer or someone with the software to ''read'' the car. |

You can however do the headlamp timer yourself (by following the info on another thread on this forum). I did it on mine , so now, if I want the lights on long enough for me to get in the house, I simply flash the lights and the 'main beam delay' message now appears on my dash display (previously, they just flashed and went straight out as usual) and the lights stay on for a pre-defined time period.
