I keep getting a warning to check coolant level, but it’s fine. Could this be a dodgy sensor, and if so, where it is please?

Hi peeps
Odd one today. Suddenly, I can only lock/unlock the car by holding the key fob at the rear window. Where is the receiver please? Wondered if it’s become dislodged or something. |

A petrol!! depending on your driving style L405's diesels suffer from oil dilution if you do a lot of short journey's.

Thanks. Deffo a leak, as it’s orange and the coolant level plummets.
