Just to close this out,
I found a used assembly not far from here, put it in this morning and still wouldn't start, 240kpa is on the high pressure side, started to think it was the hp pump.

Great tip, I was trying to figure out a replacement, but finding one that fits and is 0.5 bar seems tricky, I'll search there.

| The pipe nipple on the actual pump, I still think the pump is no good, very low pressure and the truck won't start, but I am past the point of being able to re-assemble and let someone else take over ... |

I have a 2007 Autobiography 3.6 TDV8
won't start, and fuel pressure is <2psi on the bleed valve, I pulled the pump from the tank and accidentally broke it, not a problem I suspect its duff anywa ... |
