I use Hastings direct - only paid an extra £90 to go from a £6k L322 to a £60k L405. I’m not in London though |

Unfortunately you are correct - bumper off and remove from rear.

Agree with the above - try brakes first. Take it for a long drive then squirt water on all 4 wheels - they will all steam a bit but the very hot one will be like a volcanic vent hole |

i had one in my SC ..mine turned out to be a trafficmaster system, you might have a button/switch on the right hand side footwell as well.

Order one through BMW - all the same and probably in stock.
My local Indy had one on the shelf - £81 I think for the complete seal and housing |

FF now fixed and back to its former glory. Removed the gearbox to find the gearbox dowels missing, the rear seal housing fitted with silicon to seal it and no gasket, some of the bolts with ... |
