So I done the modded thermostat today, all fits together nicely with the housing etc. However, only 3 bolts go in, the 3Rd will not seems to be the bottom two are slightly out.

So after changing both valve cover gaskets last month,my oil leaks got worse. So after a lot of research I tackled the pcv and oil Separator. Changing both lower hoses in the process.

All sorted, well one half done. Found a pipe that cracked and came off when starting, breather hose. So replaced and working fine.

It wasn't twisting at first. But eventually got it with the mole grips.
All sorted, bought an M6 bolt and cut to size. So all back together. Started her up and very very rough on idle.
