If you still have the parts, I would have thought a local engineering / fabrication firm could easily weld and re-machine them for you. |

When replacing the FSR (Hedgehog).
Check the connecting plug for a tight fit to the FSR.
The (5) sleeves can open up causing irregular connection.
The awkward location of the FSR does not help. |
