It means:

Hello old chap, I also have no brain and am minded to further ruin my modified FFRR. Can you kindly assist me in this ridiculous endeavour, so I can waste $5k, and then be surprised when I trash my suspension.

It appears to have been written by one monk to another, however he is dyslexic so struggles to spell Brother. He is also in a rare order where swearing is not only permitted, but compulsory! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

"Brother of mine that is indeed a sexualy receptive female ! I too posses an Range Rover with a VIN number starting with A6****** , that I wish to put 26" prat wheels on. I have a few questions if for you good self if you do not mind taking the time to answer brother of mine . Do they have to modify said vehicle to make those 26" prat wheels fit ? The other question is does it cause irreparable damage and unclear-able faults to the suspension ? How is the ride on those 26" prat wheels ? I very much appreciate your time in this matter brother of mine !" ( ? )

The meaning is still unclear to me but I suspect the answer on both counts would be, Of course it would you blithering idiot . 2008 MY Supercharged

Why would anybody want to put 'spinners' on anything other than a nova is beyond me but to put them on a FF AND not even match the LHS and RHS?

I really cant understand the mentality of people like this, I mean I know they are American, and probably 'gangstaz' but it's like driving around in a mobile prat advert, I mean if he thinks this looks good why not weld a chrome ironing board to the back as a spoiler, fit plasma TVs to the outside doors so pedestrians can watch tv while your at the lights and change the bonnet and tail lettering to spell 'W4NK3R'

I thought LR designed the sport model specifically for people like this - to keep them away from the FF's?
