Rear wiper

Sorry for the stupid question but how do you replace the rear wiper?
I can't get the wiper arm to stay down allowing me to replace the wiper blade. Range Rover Autobiography 5.0SC

switch on the rear wiper and turn off the ignition when the wiper is on its down stroke.. ... - .- -.
