H7 or H11 - Fog Lamp Bulbs 2007 TDV8

Hi all

Are the fog light bulbs in my 2007 MY 56 plate TDV8 a H7 or H11 fitment?

Owners manual says H11 but online shop I went to order from said I need H7. I think H11 but don't want the pain of ordering the wrong ones.

not sure re the 2007..my 2005 is h7.....does it not say in the manual.. ... - .- -.
