I tried ringing Hull a few times about it. Finally got a call back from Hull roughly 3.5weeks later - thats how good they're customer service is!!! They actually seemed shocked themselves it took that long for them to contact me. Deal was already pretty much done through newcastle by then and they threw in a few bits n bobs as i nearly walked away from the deal. |

Glad you had a good experience with Stratstone. Mine was slightly different with the service dept.

The brake fault was a snapped senser that they replaced. As for me the rest no reply as they didn't know. |
